I‘m Kendra, a Minnesota girl, wife, realtor and entrepreneur. Ever since I was young I had the urge to create with my hands. Thankfully, I grew up with a carpenter for a dad that helped me turn my dreams into reality one project at a time. Through many projects and paint cans later, I started to fall in love with design. This passion has continued on years later after getting my real estate license. The more homes I see, the more I realize the importance of them.

I created this blog to give you my take on home design and what a home really means to me. Rosewood is my collaboration of my design style, which is a combination of simplicity and charm.  I believe there are a million and one ways to take your house from ordinary to extraordinary and I want to help you get there.  I will be sharing my journey of home building, DIY projects, lifestyle and so much more. I hope with a little bit of coffee (or maybe some wine), you will find my posts helpful, useful and most importantly welcoming.
